Talk about a "Carb Overload". Imagine your kitchen counters covered with tins filled with 36 dozen orange rolls. Not one inch of counter space or dining room table was available. That was my reality. Allison's sweet Mom, Carol gave a baking lesson to 6 very grateful women. And we each made 6 dozen delectable rolls each. We all plan on serving them on Christmas morning. We thought by baking early we'd save us some time. I don't think we realized what we got our selves into until it was too late. We were baking all day! While we were busy baking the kids enjoyed themselves and each made a candy gingerbread house. They were so adorable and worked really hard to ice them and make them very colorful. I think by the time we left we had enough sugar in our bellies to last us the rest of the year.
