Since summer has been over we have been neglecting our garden. We didn't think too much would be growing now in this cold weather. As we prepared for our move I had the kids go outside to the back to gather toys and other stuff. They came running back in
the house all excited to show me a surprise
they found. Low and behold, our garden did not stop producing one bit. Way underneath the over grown leaves the kids found the hugest zucchini. We didn't notice him growing
earlier in the summer. The poor forgotten zucchini must of just grew and grew and grew without our TLC. We ended up packing him up and taking him to the new house. It was a good treat to have some fresh zucchini. We actually had it for about 3 days, he was such a biggie. We can't wait till next spring to start
a new garden at the new house. But, you can bet we will be keeping a better eye on the zucchini!
