"The Academy Award Goes To... The Gardner's, for hosting such a fabulous party! A little tradition we have started with our friends is Oscar Night! Our families get
together and have a pot-luck.
This year we did a Panini theme at the Gardner's house. Everyone brought different kinds of meats, cheese, different varieties of bread and spreads. There was enough food to feed the whole neighborhood. And the desserts, these ladies know how to bake! I was in charge of the official Academy Award ballots.
Everyone had so much fun filling them out, even though they didn't even see more than half of the movies. Guessing was all part of the fun. Sean and I tied this year for getting the most categories right! The kids had a blast with each other. I think the Gardner house survived!
