Madison was promoted to Middle School. That now makes two kids in middle school... and only one more to go. Madison had a lot of "Firsts" and grew up a lot this past year at San Elijo Elementary. She worked very hard to support the school in various activities and put her self way out of her comfort zone. She joined the Safety Patrol, she would go to school early to help make sure kids were following the rules. She became a member of the SEES News Network where she would cover the "Just Breaking News" at the school and interview students and be a news anchor. And she also finished her term as Student Body President. She loved leading flag salute at assemblies, conducting student council meetings and passing out awards. And she managed all that while still making great grades to make the Principal's Honor Roll. Madison was lucky enough to be chosen to give a farewell speech at the Fifth Grade Promotion. She did a fabulous job. She looked adorable in the dress we found that were her school colors of "Black, White & Gold". And we found a perfect pair of "Pumps" to match her dress. She was so excited to officially get her first pair. She also attended her first girl/boy party! A few moms and I planned a promotion party for the fifth grade kids at a local pool. We are just happy she still isn't interested in boys just yet (right Madison?!) We are just in awe at watching this girl grow leaps and bounds. She has taken many risks and they have all paid off. When she puts her mind to something, she doesn't let any thing get in her way! We love you Madison and are so proud of all that you have accomplished your last year at San Elijo Elementary. Just get ready for a new climb at San Elijo Middle School!

It is time we discuss an arranged marriage between Madison and my Evan. I think a June wedding after his mission will be lovely.
I love miss madison so much i can't even start to explain. I feel like she has grown up right before my eyes, and i grew up alot with her. we have had such a special friendship since she was 2 and i can't believe she is in middle school. Madison is so beautiful inside and out!!

If anyone is ready to handle the transition to middle school, it is Madison. She is certainly ready. It's so great that she gets so involved.
The pumps are fabulous!! She is beautiful! If you don't own a shotgun already I hope you at least have a bat!
