Happy New Year, it's 2011! After last night, we all spent the better part of the first day of the new year in bed. We all slept in till the late morning (thank you kids). Madison was finally awoken by her YW Pres. Jamie, she had given her a bottle of Martinellis to wish her a happy New Year. To carry on with tradition we all sat around the kitchen table and wrote out our goals we hope to accomplish for the year. We made 3 goals for the Spiritual, Physical and Mental aspects of our lives. I hope the kids continue to do this with their families one day. Later that night we celebrated the beginning of the new year with the Missionaries- Elder Eyre and Elder Peterson. We had fondue, the kid's favorite dinner. It's actually an event than a dinner. It was the perfect way to begin the year!
